When booking your flights with us, you will be able to communicate directly with a travel consultant by email.
However, we advice you to talk to us fist.
In that way, we can get more accurate picture of what you want.

We need to know :
*Departure date / Arrival date
*Destinations
*Preference in airlines

Once you find out what you want for your trip, we book flights for you.
Confirmation with a payment due date and a rule of a ticket will be given to you, so please ensure an itinerary (dates/times/destinations) is correct.
Tickets are purchased accordingly unless you notify us with corrections or changes.

Please contact an embassy or consulate of a country you visit AND transit en route.
Failure of holding a proper visa will cause a refuse of boarding by airlines.
For those returning to Japan, a re-entry permit is required.
Re-entry permit is available at the immigration bureau ONLY in a city, NOT AVAILABLE at the airport.

Deposit of \20,000- is required to secure your confirmed booking.
Higher deposit may be required depending on the type of ticket purchased.
FULL PAYMENT IS SOMETIMES REQUIRED FOR SOME TYPES OF TICKETS regardless how much advance you book.
Your consultant will advise you on this.
Payment methods are :

2. By cash at our office
3. Pay by Credit card (See notice below)
Credit Card Surcharges
In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible, the prices that we quote are based on cash payment.
There is a surcharge when paying with a credit card. Please consult with your consultant.
Airline Policy
All airlines impose a ticket time limit or expiry date.
If payment is not made and confirmed by the due date, airlines automatically cancel your booking and the seats are released back into their system.
If the flight is quiet full, the seats are immediately taken up by waitlisted bookings.
In case we are unable to rebook same flights or seats at same fares :
1. we can book you in a higher, more expensive class
2. we rebook you in the same class on another date
3. we seek an alternative routing
